Update To Our Phone Service Hours

Our telephone lines are currently open Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 10am and 4pm.

Like many organisations the ongoing situation relating to Covid-19 means that we’re taking care to protect our colleagues whilst maintaining essential services for members and especially those in the most need.

It may still take longer than usual to respond to your enquiries and requests.  To enable us to support those in the most vulnerable situations we ask that you call if your enquiry is urgent and you haven’t been able to find the answer on our website.

Members with access to our online service can manage or view their accounts online. If you haven’t already registered for the online service, you can do so by visiting our website at ecology.co.uk and clicking ‘Log in to your account’ in the top right-hand corner.
