Annual General Meeting 2024

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be an important one in Ecology’s history as we’ll be sharing what our Members have told us our Purpose should be.

We’ll also share our 2023 performance and take time to answer questions from our Members and hear their thoughts.

Join our AGM online or in person

Our AGM will take place on Thursday 25 April, starting at 6pm (and ending around 7.30pm).

There are two ways our Members can join us:

Online: we’ll email Members with details about how to watch the event live online nearer the time.

In person: the event takes place at Cloth Hall Court, Quebec Street, Leeds, LS1 2HA. Members will receive details on how to reserve their place with their voting pack.

While this year’s agenda will be focused more on the traditional AGM items, we’ll be holding a number of Member Meet-ups during the year. These sessions have been very successful in the past. Over 1,000 of our Members provided feedback to help shape our 2024 programme, and we’ll be sending out invites to the first event following the AGM.

If you’re a Member you’ll receive your voting pack by email towards the end of March. Please let us know how we’re doing by casting your vote and letting us know if you’ve any questions. Thanks for choosing to vote online and saving on paper.
