Improved Online service Is Here
We are pleased to announce the launch of Ecology’s improved online account management service. The system features a range of upgrades, offering both saving and borrowing members a more convenient way to manage their accounts online.
Improvements to the service include optimisation for smartphones and tablets; simplified processes for money transfer and quicker access to mini-statements; automated password recovery; and new tools for account personalisation.
The new system also has improved security measures. This means that – if you are an existing user of the service – you may need to update your password if it does not meet the new security requirements. If this is needed, you will be alerted when you next try to log in to the system and taken through the on-screen process to update your password.
The launch of the new system is part of Ecology’s wider programme of digital changes. We want our members to benefit from all the conveniences of technology, while retaining our emphasis on personalised service.
