Ecology’s Self-Build & Conversion Morgages Changes

We are experiencing very high levels of demand for our self-build and custom-build mortgages, so we are currently focussing on projects aiming for Passivhaus, AECB Silver, EPC A+ and Code for Sustainable Homes levels 5 and 6 – as these bring the greatest gains in terms of carbon reductions. If your project meets these criteria, we would be pleased to hear from you.

We are also not currently accepting conversion proposals, where dwellings are being created from non-domestic buildings such as barns.

At the present time we are only considering applications from customers approaching us direct – that is, not as introductions from third-parties.
