Annual General Meeting 2025

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will include an update on progress towards Ecology’s ambitious plans for the future, and the significant investment we’re making in the Society.

This transformation of the business will deliver a better service to you, our Members, and help us to grow our impact. We’ll also share our 2024 performance and take time to answer questions from our Members and hear their thoughts.

Join our AGM online or in person

Our AGM will take place on Thursday 24 April, starting at 4pm (and ending around 6pm).

There are two ways our Members can join us:

Online: we’ll email Members nearer the time with details about how to watch the event live online.

In person: the event takes place at Silsden Town Hall, Kirkgate, Silsden BD20 0AJ. Members will receive details on how to reserve their place with their voting pack.

For Members attending the AGM in person, we’d like to invite you to our Head Office at Ellis House, 7 Belton Road, Silsden BD20 0EE. From 2.30pm we’ll be providing light refreshments and the chance to look around our office and permaculture garden, weather permitting.

While this year’s agenda will focus on the formal business of an AGM, we’re continuing to hold our series of Member Meet-ups during the year both online and in-person. We will update Members with more details as these are confirmed.

Member Voting Pack

If you’re a Member you’ll receive your voting pack by email towards the end of March. Please let us know how we’re doing by casting your vote and letting us know if you have any questions. Thanks for choosing to vote online and save paper.
