Voting Now Open For Ecology’s AGM

We’ve sent members their AGM packs which includes our Annual Review 2020 and, for members who are eligible, you can now cast your votes ahead of our AGM.

Your AGM pack has been sent by post or email and contains all the information that you need to vote. Voting is your chance to have your say in Ecology’s work and we want to hear what you think.

Notice of AGM

Please read the voting information in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

This year’s AGM resolutions include a Special Resolution to amend the Society’s Rules to allow for virtual meetings, including online voting should they be necessary. Further details are available in the Additional Voting Information booklet here.

The full version of the Rules including all proposed changes being considered at this AGM is here.
