Do I have to use a solicitor or conveyancer nominated by Ecology?

No, you can choose who you want to carry out your conveyancing and mortgage application.

All we ask is that your solicitor or conveyancer is registered with LMS Panel Link. The panel already has more than 200 firms registered which you can choose from.

If you want to use a solicitor or conveyancer who’s not already on the panel, it’s simple for them to register with LMS. There’s no charge to register and they can do that here.
