As our Regulatory Compliance Lead you'll  have the experience to provide technical leadership in the provision of expert regulatory compliance advice.

You'll bring your experience of maintaining a regulatory compliance policy framework and of monitoring the regulatory environment (FCA and PRA) providing guidance and support to ensure the Society continues to comply.

We'd love to hear from you if you have 5 year’s practical experience in a Compliance role in an FCA regulated firm.

We’re looking for a Financial Crime Risk Lead to join our friendly team.

As our Financial Crime Risk Lead you'll provide second line of defence control and oversight for the Society. You'll work with a variety of teams to understand current and emerging risks, threats and trends and recommend solutions that protect against fraud or money laundering.

This is a role which requires an understanding of both the FCA and PRA and financial crime risk management.

We'd love to hear from you if you have at least 3 years of experience working in a Financial Crime/AML Related role in an FCA-regulated firm, especially in regulated mortgage lending and deposit taking.

We’re looking for a Risk Control Analyst to join our friendly team.

We’re looking for a Member Services Team Manager to join our friendly team.

As our Member Services Team Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of colleagues delivering account administration and servicing activity through online, mail and telephony channels. Providing great service to both our savings and borrowing Members you'll build a good understanding of our Members routine account servicing needs and continuously look for ways to improve what we do.

You'll also be coaching, developing and inspiring your team to ensure we meet our service demand and that the quality of service is maintained and developed.

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician & Systems Administrator (Fixed Term 12-18 months) to join our friendly team. You'll provide a wide range of IT support services to Ecology Building Society’s colleagues.

In this role you'll provide 1st line IT support to our colleagues, triaging technical issues, escalating when required and undertaking root cause analysis. You'll also undertake 2nd line systems administration, in relation to user account and mailbox management, access management and software licensing as well as maintaining the hardware/software asset inventory.
