Do I have to receive a paper notification in the post after every online transaction?

We appreciate that many online users would prefer not to receive transaction notices in the post. Not all of our members have access to the internet and many of these members, as well as some online users, prefer to receive paper notifications. Unfortunately, our system currently doesn’t allow us to suspend paper notifications for some members but not others. In future we aim to offer this option and we will keep you informed of any changes to our service.

I have lost my phone, or it has been stolen. What should I do?

Please contact us straight away on 01535 650770 and we’ll add a security block on your account. You can still access your account through our Online Service.  

When you get a new phone, download the App. You will be asked to enter your log in details (email address and password). You will be sent a verification code to your mobile number. You will then be asked to create and re-enter a PIN to secure your account.

How do I log out of the Ecology App?

From the home screen, tap the ‘More’ button, then select ‘Log out’. This will fully log you out of the Ecology App. To log back in you will need to re-enter your username and password, then reset your PIN
