We’re looking for a Member Services Team Manager to join our friendly team.
As our Member Services Team Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of colleagues delivering account administration and servicing activity through online, mail and telephony channels. Providing great service to both our savings and borrowing Members you'll build a good understanding of our Members routine account servicing needs and continuously look for ways to improve what we do.
You'll also be coaching, developing and inspiring your team to ensure we meet our service demand and that the quality of service is maintained and developed.
We'd love to hear from you if you have a minimum of two years leadership experience in a financial services / customer service role.
