We’re looking for an IT Support Technician & Systems Administrator (Fixed Term 12-18 months) to join our friendly team. You'll provide a wide range of IT support services to Ecology Building Society’s colleagues.
In this role you'll provide 1st line IT support to our colleagues, triaging technical issues, escalating when required and undertaking root cause analysis. You'll also undertake 2nd line systems administration, in relation to user account and mailbox management, access management and software licensing as well as maintaining the hardware/software asset inventory.
