We're looking for an Infrastructure Support Technician to provide first line IT support to our colleagues.
In this role you'll triage technical issues, escalating where needed. You'll look after all first line controls and oversee second line systems admin. You'll also support colleagues with training where needed.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience of giving great customer service, troubleshooting analysis and have proven IT skills.
