The Head of Mission & Impact will partner with key stakeholders to ensure that the Society can effectively navigate the challenge of being a 'Mission Led Mutual'. Helping guide the way where complex business challenges exist, helping stakeholders navigate a pragmatic line, always holding the Member voice as a key reflection point. You'll be key to driving our 'agitation for change' agenda, ensuring that the Society's voice is authentic and grounded in action.
