We’re looking for an experienced Head of HR to join our small and friendly team.
We're looking for a charismatic and resilient leader to support the successful delivery of the Society’s strategic plans and priorities, and to further develop our culture. This role will own a broad set of complex business and HR initiatives, which are crucial to the long-term strategy of a growing, high performing organisation that delivers success for our Members, through its people.
We'd love to hear from you if you're commercially-minded and ideally have experience within the Financial sector with CIPD Level 7.
