We're currently looking for an Complaints Handler (Fixed Term 12-months) to work across our operations teams.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving complaints to ensure our Members receive a fair outcome. You'll identify trends and root causes and provide input to improve overall Member experience.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience working in a Bank or Building Society with proven customer service skills. Ideally you'll have a working understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) complaint handling rules.
