We're currently looking for a Customer Service Apprentice. This is a full-time fixed term post, inclusive of one day per week at College to get a fully funded L2 Business Administration qualification. You'll be supported internally with a development plan and externally by the College via a Tutor. Successful completion of the course may lead to full time permanent employment with the Society.
We're small enough that you will be fully immersed in all aspects of our Society’s administration teams. You'll get involved with processes, people, and our Members.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience of administration and customer service.
Candidates will have GCSE's grade 9-4 (A-C) in English and Maths. Current GCSE students may also apply whom will receive results in August 2023 and wish to further their career via an Apprenticeship. Employment Start date will be early July 2023, with College enrolment commencing September 2023.
