The successful candidate will ensure our Mortgage products hit their financial targets. They'll do this by developing strong end to end customer journeys and making sure that all our products deliver impact.

They'll manage the day to day product portfolio, provide competitor insight and identify market opportunities and trends. They will work across the Society to deliver products from ideation, and collaborate with Marketing colleagues to enact effective campaigns.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills but it's not essential to have worked in HR before.

The role is part-time, to maintain the upkeep our our head office premises, with a unique Eco-build office, a permaculture garden and EV-friendly car park.
